Weekend rides: BrimBUG conducts two weekend rides per month, suitable for various levels of fitness. All information about our rides is listed below.
BrimBUG suggests that all riders become members of Bicycle Network and receive the benefits of rider and accident insurance.

When : Sunday 22nd September
Meet : Flagstaff station platform 3
Time : 9.15am, Eltham train ( Hurstbridge line) departs from platform 3 at 9.24am
Distance : approx. 50km
BYO : MYKI and lunch
Description : from Eltham station we’ll follow Diamond Creek Trail , Mullum Mullum Creek Trail and Main Yarra Trail all the way back to the City. Coffee stop at Petty’s Orchards and lunch break along the way. Returning home by train or riding.

Time : 9.50am platform 1, train to Thomastown ( Mernda line ) departs from platform 1 at 9.54am
Distance : approx.50km
BYO : MYKI and lunch
Description : from Thomastown station we”ll follow Western Ring Road Path onto Darebin Creek Trail and Main Yarra Trail all the way back to the City. Coffee and lunch stops along the way.

Time : 9.15am, Hurstbridge train departs from platform 3 at 9.28am
Distance : approx. 40km
BYO : MYKI and lunch
Description : on this ride we’ll follow Diamond Creek Trail from Hurstbridge and then onto the Main Yarra River Trail back to the City. Coffee and lunch breaks along the way ( limited facilities to buy lunch ).
