Description: BrimBUG has again decided to include the MAD ride in its calendar of events. We will be doing the 65 klm road ride and meeting at the start at 0800 am.

Ride Report: A fun day was had by by 8 riders on this weather perfect day. Undulating terrain, gentle head wind then a tail wind home and great coffee at the local bakery. Yes it did sprinkle rain but not before all riders had completed the 65 klm route.

Distance 30 klms loop ride. Suits: Adults, any bike
Description This will be a loop ride to take in an exploration of the historic “Harricks Cottage” which is having its Open Day.
Starting at the caltex servo we head via the W Ring Rd path towards Airport west where we take a road route along Melrose Drive and out towards the Airport on South Centre Rd. Then its Link Rd and onwards to Keilor Park Drive where we will detour down to “Harricks Cottage” for a heritage tour and nibbles. Return to the start via Keilor Park Drive or head in to Keilor Village for lunch.

Ride Report: 11 riders completed this easy ride on a cool but pleasant day. ” Harricks cottage open day” was a fascinating look back in time for the Keilor area and a “gold coin donation” entry fee included a marvelous afternoon tea!

Description: Starting at the Caltex Service Station we head via the Ring Road path to Millers Road and then down to Williamstown for Coffee, lunch. Return trip will depend upon the road works in the area. Many options available to be discussed.

Ride Report: 8 riders on a glorious 30 deg C day rode to the Altona foreshore via W Ring Road and Millers Rd and continued via the wetlands to Williamstown for coffee, lunch. We then separated and some “trained” it home while others had chauffeurs waiting. Distance from servo to cafe - 30 klms.
