Starting at the Footscray Railway station we head to Point Cook via the Bay Trail where we will explore the Old Chirnside family homestead.  Return to Footscray station via Laverton.

Starting at the Caltex Service Station (Melways 26 H2) we ride along the Western Ring Road to Greensborough railway station.  Then it is train to the City for lunch.  Returning to Keilor via Footscray Road, Maribyrnong River path and side streets.  Option to train home if you dont want to ride out from the city.  Plenty of free parking at the start

On a cool and drizzley morning 5 brave riders set on an enjoyable  ride to greensborough, then train to the city, and then  a nice ride home.

Take the train to Southern Cross Station Or ride in, the ride will take about 1 hour from the Caltex service station Melways 26 H2

Starting at Southern Cross Station (mel 2E 5K) we will take a interesting look at early Melbourne history in the city, this is the second part of the ride held on Feb 8 2009.  Meet at the front of Southern Cross and John will take us on a interesting ride.  Finish at Birrurung Mar for Lunch
